Air, atmosphere, alleviation: the triple-A of our Boutique gym. Do not let its name fool you though: this is not a pompous place! On the contrary, everything has been designed to make you always feel in the right place at the right time, even if you wander around the hotel in a bathrobe or in your socks between training sessions. A “slow” gym open to all where you can take your time to enjoy things which you do not normally find elsewhere, taking advantage of monthly experiences and events dedicated to fitness, spa, Pilates and treatments.
Boutique gym
This is not your usual gym but a guided and professional training path with selected activities. Just be aware that Pilates can become an addiction here! Even better, let us try something different… enough talking. We are going to convince you with pictures.
PilatesA discipline based on the principles of breathing, control, balance, and alignment, aimed at strengthening and improving muscular elasticity. Each lesson is different from the last, and you can work either barefooted on the Tatami mat or with the aid of rings, elastic bands, rollers, and fitballs. |

He is a bike and capoeira enthusiast. He also practises and teaches holistic training with passion. He is an FCI mountain bike guide and instructor and has an in-depth knowledge of every part of our mountains.
Sabrina
She fell in love with the mountains while she was still a toddler and today she is an adviser of the Club Alpino Italiano of Frosinone. With Nordic Walking it was love at first sight and she takes numerous refresher courses to stay up to date on this sport.
Maria Claudia
Her life has always been dedicated to sport but now she cannot stay away from Nordic Walking, a passion which she loves sharing with other people. She is also part of a sports association of Nordic walking enthusiasts.
Francesco
His love for Ciociaria combined with his passion for a sport which he started practising just out of curiosity led him to become a professional Nordic Walking instructor. Proof that with passion you can achieve anything you want!
Livio
A triathlete and also a mountain bike, road bike and e-bike guide and tour escort. He is very enthusiastic about cycling, whether he is participating in a gran fondo race or guiding cyclists on new trails, single track trails, combining outdoor sports with cultural activities and tasting sessions.
