We try to be different from traditional hotels and we like knowing that you are at ease while enjoying your well-deserved relaxation, even if you want to sip a cocktail in your bathrobe in the Lounge Bar between a session in the whirlpool and a ritual!

CloseThe spa is open every day from 9am to 8pm, and on Fridays until 11.30pm.
- from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, €30 per person per day;
- Spa Night on Fridays from 6pm to 11pm, €34 per person;
- Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 8pm, €69 per person per day;
- Saturday morning from 9am to 2pm, €30 per person per day;
- Sunday afternoon from 3pm to 8pm, €44 per person per day.
* At weekends in November, December, January, February, March and April, it is compulsory to purchase a treatment in addition to the entrance to the spa. Please check availability by calling 0775514351 or 347 0461847 or by sending an email to tangerine@ambasciatoriplacehotel.com.
During the weekends (Saturday and Sunday), a tasty snack (from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm) and aufguss and scrub events in the sauna and turkish bath are available to all spa guests.

Costs and opening times
From Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, €28. Spa Night on Fridays from 6pm to 11.30pm, €34.
At the weekend from 9am to 8pm from €30 to €60. We will provide you with a bathrobe and towel. To reduce the impact on the environment and the consumption of single-use products, please bring your own slippers.
Rules of behaviour in the spa
Everyone enjoys a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at the spa. It is very important to respect the privacy and tranquillity of all guests… including you! Leave your phone and laptop in the room and just worry about relaxing.
What time to arrive at the spa
We recommend that you arrive at the spa reception at least 10 minutes before your treatment. In case of delay, we will not be able to extend the duration of the treatments.
Health
Always ask your doctor before accessing a spa and remember to let us know in advance if you have any health conditions or allergies which may interfere with the treatments or provision of the services.
Pregnancy
We offer special treatments for expecting mothers. Ask reception for more information: our staff will be happy to help you choose the most suitable prenatal or postnatal treatments!
Using the spa
Please always use swimwear in any part of the spa.
Age
For their own wellbeing children and persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa. You can request babysitting services (for a fee) and we can also organise activities for them (for a fee) while you enjoy your well-deserved relaxation. Kids 16 to 18 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult in the wellness areas.
Cancellation
Cancellations and new reservations must be done within 24 hours of your treatment not to incur a charge of 50% of the cost. For cancellations up to 10 hours before the treatment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
