The extra-virgin olive oil from Ciociaria is an “emerald” liquid of great value which was awarded as the best olive oil in the world in 2017. The most common varieties here in the land of Cicero– who was from Arpino, a town renowned for its olive oil production– are Moraiolo, Leccino, Rosciola, Itrana and Carboncella.
Our oil sommelier has thoroughly researched new olive oil producers in the area and in the rest of Italy and can suggest the best variety for each dish, for example cannellini beans and prawns sauce with Ciociaria olive oil.
“A good drink” is a real art and the producers are wine artisans. Not everyone knows that in Ciociaria you can follow the wine route of Cesanese DOCG, one of the many locally produced wines you will find in our wine list.Wine list
