Air, atmosphere, alleviation: the triple-A of our Boutique gym. Do not let its name fool you though: this is not a pompous place! On the contrary, everything has been designed to make you always feel in the right place at the right time, even if you wander around the hotel in a bathrobe or in your socks between training sessions. A “slow” gym open to all where you can take your time to enjoy things which you do not normally find elsewhere, taking advantage of monthly experiences and events dedicated to fitness, spa, Pilates and treatments.

This fitness system is based on breathing, control, equilibrium and alignment principles with the goal of increasing muscle strength and elasticity. Every lesson is always different. You do normal floor exercise on the Tatami, or with the support of rings, elastic bands, roller and fitball equipment.

Holistic training

Our hotel is the only place in Fiuggi where you can practise this activity. It consists of a series of sequences and positions inspired by Yoga, Thai Chi, Qi Kung, Capoeira. After an initial relaxation and realignment phase, followed by work out and balance exercises, the body regains the right posture and harmony.

It is gymnastics for your face which helps to firm up the muscles and release the tension accumulated in your head and neck muscles. A “natural lifting” which helps to prevent wrinkles, minimise dark circles under the eyes, give volume to lips and cheekbones and decrease a double chin. You can choose between individual or group lessons.
