Daily menu

Chef Mario Gabrieli prepares each and every dish with passion and originality. His recipes always feature a secret ingredient, imbuing the dishes with that extra touch of flavour.

During both lunch and dinner, the daily menu always includes tasty and colourful buffets offering a large selection of seasonal grilled vegetables, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, specialities selected according to the season and the market, products of our chef’s imagination.

Meals include two entrées and a second course with a side dish and are always prepared with quality ingredients, while at least one of the dishes served features local ingredients. The best way to finish off a pleasant lunch or dinner is with a rich buffet of sweets, pastries and fresh fruit.
